good money if it is a busy location.

Cons

they do not tell you that when you are hired, you're only hired to train for less than a week. they make you learn how to use their exclusive wax, memorize prewritten scripts, buy red scrubs, and after a few days of hands on training, they decide if they will let you work there. they are slave drivers... only schedule 6 hour shifts so they don't have to give you breaks or offer you insurance. i am not surprised that they are literally always hiring.

Cons

I worked for European Wax Center for over 4 years, for various locations. They always had management that was terrible, they will not pay you enough for how hard you work and they will fire you if you don't meet your goals.

Pros

You get discounts for waxing, clean work environment, great products and services, co-workers were personable and we all became friends quickly.

Cons

Management was incompetent, they do not offer competitive salaries especially for the work you are required to perform, customer pool was not the friendliest and management never has your back in any way, shape, or form when there was an issue. Raises are available based on performance, but even if you are the perfect employee, you get forty cents after one year of working. They tell you during the interview that there are many opportunities for bonuses, but they are impossible to reach. No one on my team made their goals because they are set too high, and management would constantly belittle you for not reaching your goals, but would do nothing to help and would not even try to reach it themselves.
