The most unprofessional environment I've ever encountered. Horrible pay. Around minimum wage plus 5% commission on services. 10% on products. The services are dirt cheap. Unexperienced employees that have never had jobs before who talk down to the waxers. This is the super cuts of waxing. They will work you like a dog. You also have to do the maid services steam mopping your room this would never happen in a props spa. They expect you to do a flawless Brazilian in 15 minutes whether the guest is 100lbs or 400lbs. They are about quantity not quality!! They are all about selling packages which the front desk does because they make commission. And you as a waxer get paid on the discounted price. So if after a package the Brazilian is costing around $31.00 you are making only $1.55. The front desk associates make more than waxers. And they treat you like they're superiors when they know nothing about waxing.

Literally everything else. No breakroom. No fridge. No microwave. Terrible food choices in a five mile radius. Management is only sourced from a pool of receptionists that have zero idea of what the waxers jobs intel. They only promote receptionists. Depending on your franchise it may be falling apart. Cold as balls, refusing to repair ac unit. Cap on raises. Terrible commission structure. They barely market. They only use one type of wax. Not many product promotions. No incentive to work there other than needing US currency to pay your bills.
