No benefits, you need to have coverage in order to take a day off even if your sick :(

Great training for beginners w speed waxing and gaining clientele, flexible hours, and a lot of locations. Great for a part time job or estheticians/cosmetologist just graduating. Commission plus hourly

Cons

Usually owned by a franchisee, you start off at minimum wage with only 5% commission on your services. And 10% on products . No benefits , and usually no full time hours. No room to grow in the company

Fast and easy waxing technique. Friendly co-workers. Easy script to memorize so you always know what to tell your guests.

Cons

Didn't really have any problems during the time I was there but the pay could've been a little better. Received a few rude comments from staff that was completely unnecessary.
