      Best Place to Work When you are Newly Licensed

      - Extensive training when starting out. -Flexible hours (depends on location) - Most locations have parking available

      Cons

      - Franchise owner did not care if waxers' got breaks or not. - Hourly pay isn't really that good - Pressure to get multiple services within a certain time frame when you're not ready to level up.

      Weekends off , 7:30-4:30 shift Monday through Friday. Compensation is good

      Cons

      Impeccable waxer training in Lafayette. Horrible GSA training with the previous District Leader. Average, at best, training from another Center Manager. They placed unrealistic expectations on me even though I had only been there four months. I would never work for LMAFwaxgroup again! Poor leadership, poor structure, and poor training. On top of that, the medical benefits are horrible.

      The job was super easy and laid back for the post part

      super pushy about wax pass selling and rebook rate, upper management was horrible to say the least, meetings every other week which is good for bonding. you can either end up making great friends or it’s the complete opposite because it can get catty
