No benefits. Required to work 42 in center hours plus any events outside are not included and mandatory. On days off not allowed to be more then 45 minute drive away per owner. Told to give 2 or 3 write ups at a time to easily fire someone. Get talked down to daily but higher ups. Blamed for staffs low performance or turnover

The pay is downright poor for the stress, wear and tear that occurs on your body from waxing 20 plus people per day. This wax chain is the version of a sweat shop. One day, estheticians will stand up and not accept such poor working agreements because you need a job. You get paid 3% of a service?! The majority of your pay is based off tips. There is a base pay that is dependent on your wax level. All of which can be threatened to be taken away depending on your performance. Also, the unrealistic expectations of the KPI’s. They want you to see their terrible products. They don’t work. If they do work, they only work for a very specific skin type (white -with no excessive problems). They place so much pressure on SALES which has caused me to lose my passion for esthetics. This place will destroy any life a waxer has left. There is so much to delve in to but I simply don’t have the time. The workplace culture- toxic. The favoritism can and will affect your books. Front desk can steal cash tips lol. The list goes on. Please don’t even consider.
