      Pros

      Good hours for part time. Closes at 7-8 on weekdays and 4 on weekends. Can make decent commission if you’re good at sales.

      Cons

      Management and employees constantly changing, this applies to most centers, at least in the Cincinnati area. Very little training, and not enough pay, unless you’re constantly selling. When business is down in the winter, you can’t really make commission with part time.

      A few coworkers make it worth it

      Cons

      The work environment at European Wax Center was toxic. Employees are pressured to make sales that primarily benefit management, who earn much larger bonuses than the staff. Hours are constantly cut, making it difficult to earn a consistent income. While some coworkers and clients are great, the overall culture is demoralizing and unsupportive. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking stability or respect on the job.
