      -Learn how to speed wax -Not even worth it due to the cons

      Cons

      This place will ruin you. It is so disgustingly toxic and truly shows what is wrong with the world. Would love to speak the truth but will not out of fear of retaliation. Do not work here(at least no longer than the training period lasts).

      Pros

      You get to interact with guests daily, build rapport, and create a welcoming environment. This is great if you enjoy people facing roles and making someone’s experience better. You oversee front desk operations, support staff, and help maintain service standards, good stepping stone for higher management roles.

      Cons

      There’s usually a strong focus on hitting membership and product sales goals, which can feel pushy at times. If the franchise owner lives out of state, you may carry more responsibility but still have limited authority on bigger decisions. Managing call outs, busy periods, and coverage can be overwhelming, especially without enough support for other mangers/the owner.
