Access to a superior wax product, good training.

Cons

Management/franchisees are awful. Unprofessional, not well versed at all in most cases of the esthetics industry. They care only about making a sale or meeting goals or being puppets to corporate that they truly do not give spectacular customer service. Corporate needs to reconsider their rules and policies and be more adaptable, more personable. It is less about the guest experience and superior quality in service and more about the almighty dollar.

They are more concerned with the waxer speeding and getting as many clients done in a shorter period of time. Too much pressure.

The wax is amazing! The best out there. I make good money. The products are great.

Cons

Company and management has no respect for employees. They only care about how much money you bring in. If you can't wax an underarm and brazilian in 15 mins max they will cut you loose. It doesn't matter how loyal you are to them or how hard you try. Even if you are passionate about the job and have a great client base they will tell you "you are not a good fit for the company". No one has job security. If they could clone one person to recite every script and wax super face they would replace everyone in a heartbeat.
