Pros

EDQ Boston has an amazing office building and is in a great location. Great perks to go with it.

Cons

Despite replacing executive leadership, EDQ Boston seems incapable of regaining footing. New leadership is struggling to find their sea legs. Poor communication, planning, and execution is draining the remaining talent.

Pros

Worked in the Cardinal Place office in the Marketing Dept. Decent location, OK salary. The benefits package isn't too bad.

Cons

Horrible, highly political environment. Teams aren't good at working together, and it's a nightmare to get anything done. Directors not willing to make decisions. Steer clear until management is changed.
