I reality they do that to say they try to put you in another role. They don’t know the talent they have and are kicking out. They have no imagination about redeploying people rather than pushing them out. They don’t have trust in transferable skills. Senior managers believe they will accelerate delivery by living roles to India. They are wrong. A big data breach is coming and it will be because they moved to India. First thing is first, Many of the Managers from EITS ERP GCSS managers are very old since 15 years they are there and also they started career from tally back ground. They always try to make you fear by putting PIP one by one every month.
