Pros

1. Good employee engagement activities. 2. Compensation at par or above industry. 3. If you are good according to them and if you resign, more often than not, they will pay you whatever you demand. Try your luck.

Cons

1 . Some of the reviews on Glassdoor belong to the company Experian Health. Note that Experian Health has no relation with Experian India ( Experian Credit Information Company of India and Experian Services India) . They might fall under the same Parent company, but the management is completely different. Infact in my time at Experian India, I never heard of any entity called Experian Health or an office in Hyderabad for that matter. Please ensure that you know which division of Experian you are joining , as the 2 entities of Experian India ( ECICI & ESIPL) are organisations with a lot of internal politics and attrition. 2. To top with that, there is no proper mechanism of exits. Exit interviews are not properly conducted, infact for some people who left the organization did not even get an exit interview done. Due to this it becomes very easy for the people doing politics to keep doing it without any formal reporting of the same. This tend to demotivate some employees and make the entire work enviornment difficult. 3. Definition of targets achievement is different for different individuals even in the same team due to the favouritism prospering here. 4. Too many changes at the India head level due to very politically strong power centers under the Head. This seems to be changing now, but I hope that this does not destabilize the entity here .

Pros

-- relaxed atmosphere and dress code and nice people (generally!) --Good stepping stone with good work-life balance for a desperate graduate and a complete starter in tech; if you have ambitions you'll be laughed at (that literally happened in a line management meeting)

Cons

Line management was horrendous: I was told I can partly work from home in the interview but that never materialised, even though at one point I had a 60-mile commute. Instead, I was told that 'I have to live with it'. I was given verbal feedback (never written) about how I need to wait a year to work from home. After a year, that turned into something vague; along the lines of how my performance needs to improve. When asked what *specifically* needs to improve, I was never given any written feedback, just a verbal dismissive mantra on how I need to improve. You are told that the ridiculously minuscule 0.5 days a month of innovation time is a "privilege", not a right to learn and develop on the job. You're stuck in terrible tech stack doing monotonous tasks. and the list goes on... utter unprofessionalism and the definition of "toxic"
