      Work life balance is incredible. Great work culture. Brilliant minds on the floor. Management listens when you want to talk and look into it carefully.

      Great company if you can get the basics right

      Pros

      Very flexible, people are generally really helpful. Usual corporate benefits.

      Cons

      Products are awful and unreliable. Management don't have experience in people management or HR policies. General management support isn't available Too many unnecessary processes. For a Project Manager, it's a tough place to work, you have constant internal battles. Whether its fighting for resources, a proper structure or even just support.
