      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements. Career progression paths. Interesting and varied work. Small team feel within a larger company, working with a lot of great people. Management are down to earth and approachable. There are quite a number of high performers to learn and grow from. All in all a great place to work, and fantastic career springboard.

      Cons

      Aging office space, with most people working from home, can sometimes feel empty and uninviting. International teams, systems and policies result in some miscommunication and avoidable problems. A lot of client expectation around products and services. Including old solutions with limited availability of information / current employee knowledge.

      This company has been awesome from the get-go. The interview experience was great, they provide a lot of support to make sure that you feel prepared and to bring the best out of you. The culture and support have been fantastic, there is a lot of effort put in to make sure that new starters feel welcome. You can tell there is a genuine interest in progressing your career and encouragement to pursue your goals. The work itself has been challenging and rewarding so far.
