      Pros

      Great health insurance and benefits. Work from home. Decent salary. One bonus a year. Payed international trainings and business trips (pre pandemic). Nice site facilities that include social areas, food on site and a small gym. Nice work environment

      Cons

      Sometimes too much micromanagement, depends on you manager. Food options on site aren't great. Nothing big to complaint about honestly.

      It has to be the people. Experian is a people first organisation. I have felt very well supported and have been given a lot of opportunities to grow and develop.
