We're pleased that you feel both the business and our people have been well taken care of - we know this last 12 months has been a challenge to say the least! Lots of teams across different business areas and every single one of our colleagues have worked hard to ensure transparency of communication, continual focus on wellbeing and truly adopting agile ways of working to ensure that we continue to succeed and I'm thrilled to see that this is reflected in your experience.
