Pros

Exec Leadership are engaged and connected with the market, business and employees. They have been outstanding during the pandemic - putting out videos from their homes, keeping us constantly up to date and just checking to make sure we have what we need. Prior to the pandemic Experian implemented many Employee Resource groups that really bring employees, that don't work together and might not have an opportunity to get to know one another, together to learn about their culture, areas of interest etc. They do frequent employee surveys to check the status of employees. Experian is also very focused on our Consumers and Customers. For consumers, they have live sessions to learn more about credit and tons of resources to help consumers, including the Boost product.

Cons

Resources can be a bit uneven, some of the Business Units have many resources, while others that support then have very few, causing bottlenecks.

Pros

Amazing people, positive flexible but focussed culture, huge breadth of opportunity, you can really make a difference in the company and in society. The company is very ambitious and has a fantastic global platform for growth - there are lots of very positive changes happening and we are starting to emerge from being a data/financial organisation to be a force in technology.

Cons

We are quite rightly heavily regulated, so you need to be aware that there's some extra training and diligence required in delivering our services to customers. This protects our data and helps us focus on doing all the right things for clients and consumers - this is a good thing, but can be an adjustment for people coming from different industries.
