It is disheartening to read you feel your Experian journey overall is 1 star after 4 years, particularly as this is a contrast to the majority of the experiences described here on Glassdoor and from what I hear and see across the India business. You haven't mentioned if you have raised your issues internally through the numerous channels and options available, including the Quarterly Focus Group Discussions and 1 - 1 meetings that HR runs with all teams including Operations. I would value the opportunity to turn 1 star into 5 stars, and certainly to address your concerns raised so all Experian team members have an inspiring environment to work together and reach their full potential in a true One Experian way.
