Pros

Having worked at Experian since leaving university in 2009, the organisation has always been accommodating to nurture and retain new talent. I have benefited from this and managed to development my skill set with continued support from line managers and access to the many resources through their learning and development programme. By doing this I have been able to work my way into a role that will shape my career going forward. I can't speak highly enough of the business and how accommodating it is for all it's employees needs - for example, giving everyone three days volunteering for them to give back to the community.

Cons

Like any organisations,, there are ares in which they can improve, but I wouldn't say there's any specific that would be classed as a con of working there.

Pros

Fantastic breath of data and analytics products and services globally

Cons

The ability to keep pace and execute on new leading edge technologies is woeful, even when throwing £100's of miliions of dollars at it, stuck with their 30 year old safe, for the time being business model, ie credit reports...
