Pros

-Culture - work hard, play hard, GET REWARDED -Flat mgt structure - Easy to walk into VP or CO's office for a chat -Earnings potential - I earned six figures my first year in sales -Experience - QAS gave me the opprotunity to work enterprise level, solution based sales opportunities Most of the reviews on this site come from people who could not make the transition to a solution based sale. If you are looking for a transactional-based sale with short sale cycles this is not for you, stick with copiers/payrol/etc. However, if you prefer to act as a consultant and work with C level execs to solve their business needs then you may want to apply at QAS.

Cons

High expectations - this is not a company for people seeking a 35 hour work week. The entire culture is built on having successful, driven employees looking to dvelopment their sales skills and earnings potential

Cons

there are plenty on this website which are be true --but being fair, I also know that if you issue your concerns, they can be addressed -- the key is making rational business sense in a private manner

Pros

Great Corporate Culture, Fun perks, Very profitable, Great Client List, Good benefits, Filled with people who care about the company and want to improve it.

Cons

There has been a lot of change in transitioning from a start up to a business unit of Experian. Company seems to be learning from their mistakes and management is making a concerted effort to gather feedback and move on actions to explain that being a part of Experian has it's benefits as well as drawbacks.
