Pros

Stability, fair pay and benefits, entrenched proceedures, excellent senior management, focused business goals, profitable even in the worst recessions, casual dress code for our office. Telecommuting for some jobs available.

Cons

Bloated and inefficient procurement of needed business items, slow to change and adapt - unless it is to save money. Desire of management to offer only average wages and benefits instead of focusing on being the best and attracting the best. Have even reduced benefits to maintain middle of the pack ranking.

Pros

The company is large and becoming more global and I see more opportunities opening up in the next 5 years. There are some new leaders that have solid plans to grow the company and its people.

Cons

They tend to be bottom-line focused rather than employee focused but I think that balance is in the process of changing. There has not been enough effort made to differential the high performing employees from the average or below average performers and to compensate them accordingly.

Pros

I've worked at this company for 15 years and see no reason to look elsewhere. Hard work and loyalty is valued and reward. It's a strong company filled with great people who really care about what they do. Senior management is very accessible. The company supports a great work-life balance.

Cons

The marketing services industry is changing rapidly and at times the company seems to struggle to keep up. At the same time, there is not always sufficient time given to allow key changes to take effect. There seems to be some difficulty in developing and maintaining an effective long-term vision for the company.
