Thank you - it's really important for us to receive your honest feedback. We're happy to hear about some of the great benefits you experienced as part of our team but we're sorry to hear your negative feedback. We work hard to make sure that every Farfetcher feels valued and autonomous in their role and we're sorry that this wasn't your experience. We'll continue to work on this and improve for the future.

Not the best company to work anymore

Pros

Good benefits, good environment (minus management) No need to work over-hours, it's encouraged to go in and out on time and not the other way around. There's a lot of mutual help and it's encouraged.

Cons

It's a fast growing company and for someone who's not used to CONSTANT changing it's not a good place. Management is not very good, they are still learning. You only grow in the company if you have friends in the right place, otherwise you'll be stuck. Below average pay.

Pros

Farfetch was once a promising company, but now it's just a sinking ship. Terrible old management destroyed the value and now new management from South Korea has no clue how to deal with that. It used to have a good culture, while the growth opportunities were always limited and based purely on loyalty and friendship with management.

Cons

The worst and most useless people from local teams who did nothing in the past all got promoted because most of the UK team refused to work in such a toxic and unproductive environment. The new management decided to promote the most useless people who have done nothing for the success of the company. They have been sitting in local roles for many years and just watching from the sidelines, now many of them have "global" in their title. The atmosphere in the company has become unbearable. Constant accusations, shouting, and unprofessional behaviour in meetings have become the norm. The best people are leaving the company of left already.
