Very fast-paced environment, low support in building skills

6yWe are proud of our brilliant people and working environment, so thank you for this feedback. We know that Farfetch is a fast-paced business, which keeps things exciting, but we want to make sure that we are providing the support our people need to manage this. Our Global People Development team provide both internal and external training and learning opportunities for Farfetchers to build new skills but this is an area we'll continue to focus on improving for the future.

6yThanks a lot for your review. At Farfetch, we're doing what's never been done and we're happy to hear you enjoyed the challenge! We have taken on board the feedback that we have lots of projects going on and we have decided to focus more on a fewer number of objectives in H2 2019 to address this. We are also working on improving our communication, for example, we have recently introduced monthly Global All Hands where Farfetchers can ask any and all questions to our Executive Team to help provide greater transparency.
