Exciting business full of opportunities, incredible people, leaders who care about people, investing in the future, great flexible working approach

Cons

Base pay, because the package is made up of salary and equity it does mean that base pay may be longer than competitors and this can be difficult at more junior levels were base pay is more important but, if you believe in the vision of the company you can see the true value of the equity which is very exciting
