Good work life balance but salaries could be low

Pros

Amazing work life balance. Never work after 6pm. Working with smart people.

Cons

Salaries can be slightly lower than average. Company has made adjustments but its not enough. Benefits provided can be very hard to use. A lot of rules and beauracracy.
