      Pros

      Culture is what I value the most at Farfetch. Everyone is very open in communication, hard working and willing to help. Transparency is also another thing that I enjoyed working at Farfetch, there's no hierarchy and everyone is open to receive feedback and comments.

      Cons

      Too considerate of every parties sometimes, hard to make a decision that everyone is happy.

      The company and their policies is compatible with my lifestyle and allows me to continue to have it sustainable. Like allows me to going working by bicycle and improve their ecological footprint making some important changes in the activity and logistic operations.
