It's great to read your positive comments about our culture, values and benefits - all such important parts of what it means to work at Farfetch. Addressing your comments on technical knowledge, recently we have launched our GO FAR framework for various People processes, including learning and development, to help provide clarity and transparency. In addition, we have launched Workday Learning, an e-learning platform which provides hundreds of online learning opportunities for all Farfetchers. Learning and development will continue to be an essential part of our people strategy in 2020 and beyond.

6yThank you for your feedback. Promoting flexibility and a healthy work-life balance is really important to us, so we appreciate your positive comments. Regarding our management team, in 2019 we launched a Global Manager Training program to help equip our managers with the tools and skills they need to effectively manage their teams. This will continue to be a focus for us moving forward.
