Thanks for your positive feedback! Building a diverse community of Farfetchers is at the heart of our business, so we're really pleased to receive your comments. We're committed to supporting our people with their mental well-being. In London, we’ve created a Manager workshop on “Improving Psychological Strength at Farfetch” to help build our manager’s confidence in identifying and addressing any mental health concerns. And we've launched Unmind, a mental well-being platform, with scientifically backed tools to promote health and happiness at work. But, we acknowledge that we're at the beginning of our well-being journey and we're always looking for new and innovative ways to support our people, so watch this space!
