Pros

nice office and I guess discount although they don't pay you enough to buy on the website

Cons

Company doesn't really make much of a profit - it's a tech business Senior leadership all very junior and inexperienced compared to other businesses. A LOT of dead weight

Total lack of management and leadership. US operations leave much to be desired. Very little room for advancement unless it's a non-creative position.

Pros

Health Insurance only and a mostly great team

Cons

*Very bad compensation, which differs a lot from the productive to the unproductive employers*. No bonus or nothing last year even. Bad management and bad leads. Lack of communication about the planning and company path and objectives. Don't adapt to the circumstances - covid for example. You can only grow inside if you don't argue about anything that is going on inside and if you please the managers and leads - never your skills or capacities are taken in consideration. Never rotating colleges to new projects to have the chance of showing that we are good.
