      Sadly more disappointing and loosing real talent each year due to poor management

      Nice culture, convenient location and great people!

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of knowledge to lead and support team members and their professional growth. Your career is decided based on who's your line manager. Progression is mainly possible if you're favourable, otherwise impossible even though you're a hard-worker.

      Staff overworked to the point of burnout and undercompensated, Very intense work culture and lack of clear prioritisation, Poor manager training and no checking in with staff, Biased pay and performance review process (especially poor for lower levels) - as mentioned in a couple of reviews on here No awareness of neurodivergence or support given for this disability
