Since day one, we've been focused on improving communication and transparency so that every Farfetcher has a clear understanding of our People processes, including salary and career development opportunities. We work hard to offer every Farfetcher a fair and competitive Total Reward package, including a base salary, range of benefits, performance bonus, and equity. Last year, we launched our GO FAR framework, which brought greater clarity on all of the ways our people can grow and thrive with us. We're also focused on offering numerous global training programmes for managers and senior leaders, to ensure our teams feel heard and supported.
