Career progression is a key priority for us and we're committed to providing annual performance reviews for all Farfetchers to make sure there are growth and career development opportunities for everyone. Regarding our stationary and post room organisation - noted! As we've been growing so quickly this hasn't always been our priority, but in 2019 we are committed to creating and building the foundations for success and this is something we'll be looking to improve.

We appreciate your positive comments around our working environment, social events and inspirational Executive Leadership team! We're very sorry to hear your feedback around our mental health support and training as this is very important to us, on a global scale. As an example, in the UK we launched our well-being programme in October 2018 and well-being guardians throughout the business volunteered in order to ensure that everyone feels supported at work in regard to their mental and emotional well-being. We have also launched a new Culture Club to help maintain our brilliant, fun and inclusive culture as we continue to grow. Finally, all of our Managers are enrolled in a bespoke Manager Training programme to equip them with the skills needed to build brilliant teams; this includes a module around Mental Well-being. We hope these initiatives will assure you that we are dedicated to providing brilliant training, culture and well-being support at Farfetch.
