      1. A lot of great opportunities are provided, on a regular basis, to progress career 2. Recognitions are given for hard-work 3. Constant feedbacks are given by a lot of great trainers, people in management, and Account Managers which help to improve oneself very easily 4. Almost everyone is very friendly, easy to work with, and are willing to help when they can

      Cons

      Some trainees need more communication skills training and professional skills training.

      Equal opportunity as graduates. Decent starting salary within industry. Foot in the door. Good support structure. Genuine Ex-Forces FDM community. Opportunities to work overseas. Free training and certification. Minimum 2 year contract.

      Cons

      Have to commit to being geographically flexible (made clear from day 1). Free training but unpaid until first day of placement.

      Be careful what you sign up for

      Pros

      If you are lucky you can get your foot in the door and come out with a great job at the end of two years

      Cons

      Pay is much lower than others in London doing the same job You are treated like a commodity and a child FDM do not always deliver what they promise to
