      Good Mission, Good Benefits. Nice outreach in some very difficult environments. Used to have a very nice corporate "family" culture

      Cons

      poor financial management. Dialectic teutonic management. needs to revisit core competencies. Too much looking around for new "showcase" projects that add very little to the bottom line
