Pros

A very driven, fast moving workplace. There is a fair amount of pressure, but with a great mix of people, everyone I have spoken to is super-helpful. The pressure is on the right side of motivating vs too stressful. You are not expected to be working stupid hours, so it is still possible to keep a reasonable work/life balance. There is definitely a lot more clarity around the vision and roadmap for the future, comparing it to other companies I have worked for.

Cons

In the short term, there are some practical difficulties created by the de-merger, but these are understood and well-managed by the business

Pros

Independence: Depending on how accountable and trustworthy you are, this company truly offers flexibility and autonomy in managing your own schedule and work methods. Recognition: Achieving sales targets can lead to recognition, which usually boosts motivation and job satisfaction. Variety: Depending on the industry, you will have the chance to speak with different prospects within multiple job junction, adding variety to your work and most importantly increasing your knowledge of how a business really works.

Cons

Capped earning potential. Would see greater talent attraction by having greater flexibility in deciding where to work from and which days to come to the office.

Regarding your comment on flexibility, most people attend the office only 1 or 2 days a week (some countries are 100% remote), and we have a flexible approach that encourages teams to manage by output and not presenteeism (which has to be the case given our office/working from home mix).
