Pros

100% work from home as well as new 3.0 which allows for variation on Fridays. If you talk with your supervisor they are very understanding with all personal matters. It is a great company overall since they understand work is not all your life is or should be. A very forward looking company. They also allow you to take time to learn and invest in yourself with Linked-in Learning and Reimbursement packages.

Cons

There are so many people in this large corporation as well as the smaller bought out companies. The communication between the companies is very limited and it is impossible to know who to contact about each specific item. So you just don't contact anyone outside your group.
