      A dynamically changing company with serious potential

      - The people are genuinely great – collaboration is strong and poor behavior isn’t tolerated. - There’s a clear focus on employee engagement, and I’ve seen meaningful changes driven by feedback. - ENPS scoring is taken seriously and actually influences decisions. - I feel empowered to lead my team and contribute to shaping how we work. - Strong leadership in Technology – the SLT is visible, credible, and sets a clear direction. - Plenty of opportunities to upskill and work with modern tech stacks. - The challenges are real and interesting – it’s a great environment for problem-solvers.

      Cons

      - The technical teams are lean, which means there’s a lot of work and priorities shift quickly. - It’s fast-paced and not for everyone – if you prefer stability over change, this might feel overwhelming.
