      Pros

      Growing rapidly. Broad portfolio and large Total Addressable Market (TAM) for Security products. Top player in many areas as identified by third party validations (IDC/Gartner/NSS). Some good recent acquisitions to expand the portfolio and address automation.

      Cons

      Maybe growing pains but struggles with internal data and processes. Many middle managers that have been with the company for quite some time that lack initiative, actual experience and leadership/planning capabilities. Can be a high-level of daily inspection depending on your management. Not sure about the growth opportunities.
