      Pros

      Salary is competitive. Benefits are average. The best is that it's very hard to be fired since the company in constant demand of new hires. Good career opportunities.

      Cons

      If you don't speak Chinese - you'll be a minority. Poor management - management wise, the company stuck in the start up stage. Everything is temporary or workarounds. Cost saving everywhere.

      Strong products, Gartner group rating and industry growth

      Cons

      Too many appliance based solutions in an industry that is moving in a different direction. Very poor senior management with little to no direction or communication. Insufficient channel partners/programs to scale to desire goals.

      flexible work hour free dinner if you work after 7pm

      Cons

      Lack of direction and no clear requirement. No on job training. This company does not provide any technical training. No formal development process. Still run like a start up company. Lack of diversity. More then 3/4 of the employees are Chinese and Mandarin is the most common language used in the office.
