      Long term direction and investment in employees needed!

      Dedicated staff at the coalface and a comprehensive product line up

      Cons

      Lacks investment in people and skills gaps, too many management and reporting line changes to achieve longer term strategic initiatives, internal politics getting in the way of greatness. Sales staff are often selling solutions the teams cannot support and the amount of customer handholding through implementation is frightening.

      Large company with leading product for mid to small customers. Stock option and good benefits. Experince can depend on region,

      Lots of mediocre peripheral products outside of firewall. Company doesnt invest in those - just add on sale for existing customer - really cant stand alone.
