They didn't have enough engineer, so there would be heavy loads on every employees.

Great team, Interesting work, Good stock plan and RRSP matching

Cons

Pay for parking even when the company owns the building. Chaotic environment (a lot of time wasted). No snacks whatsoever or cafeteria (there's vending machines and you are supposed to be happy because they exist)
