      As the company is pretty new, there are some things that are still been set up. So somethings like roles and process are not very well established yet.

      Pros

      Fortis is a new(ish) gaming start-up run by some industry veterans. We have amazing talent coming from all the big studios who are passionate about the mission. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and interested in building camaraderie in our remote-first environment. As far as perks go, they cover medical benefits 100%, have unlimited time off, and give some extras like a work from home stipend.

      Cons

      As a start-up a lot of processes are still work in progress, whether thats on individual teams or company-wide policies.
