Pros

+ Great for challenging yourself and learning new things / developing new skills + Lots of flexibility in terms of role/responsibilities, etc.

Cons

- A lot of the role/responsibilities, at least at senior levels are not fully defined and require you to take the initiative to figure things out - As a fully remote place, you may lose some of the benefits of an office, such as hanging out with colleagues or easier face-to-face meetings

Pros

Fellow staff (sometimes), pay, remote opportunities

Cons

So much to say, but I'll sum up: Meetings are too often and have a cult-like vibe. HR doesn't listen to anyone, and always throw employees under buses. No single game produced since it's creation. They throw money around like they have millions coming in from sales. The whole place feels....off. Constantly working, no time at home.
