      Pros

      Proximity to the high management makes you feel important and gives value to your efforts. The relationship with the team is good and the communication between teams is not bad.

      Cons

      Very procedural company and sometimes we don't see any value in creating so many documents just because the Quality Department requires us to do so. It is a very professional company but, when the situation gets harder, we go on our guts and all the professionalism is lost.
