Pros
Great company to learn about financial solutions. You will learn a lot in a short amount time. Good pay and incentive certifications. They offer good benefits and the work environment is really good.
Cons
If you don't work in the HQ, you are forgotten! Need to increase communication between the offices. Projects seemed limited, and it could get boring some times.
