Pros

Private health insurance (with very limited dental care though) Clean premises once inside My supervisors/ trainers were always nice, approachable and down to earth people.

Cons

I was literally reported by ANOTHER project manager for entering the gym during my lunch break!! Just to give you an idea the toxic mentality and low quality/recycled managers they hire from other call centers. Recruiters are extremely pressured to put you in a project, never inform adequately about anything. Projects close regularly because of how messy it gets. Unsafe/Shady premises location, with people begging from time to time (close to Victoria square).

Pros

Colleagues are the only good thing

Cons

There is too much workload and management is understaff, the reply is the same: ask help to your colleagues as the company doesn't hire anymore for this position, we are all buried with work, is way easier to be an agent. To achieve the bonus is necessary to cut on breaks and work too many straight hours. The salary doesn't even cover the rent, is necessary to work two jobs as the company refuses to understand that what they pay was fine 6 years ago, Portugal major cities are expensive, we are oblige to work in the office and therefore stay near Lisbon area.

Pros

Great colleagues Interesting product to learn working in Posible bonus for performance

Cons

High targets to get the bonus (more dificcult every month) Small time to work on a case after a call (wrap-up) As an agent you cant behave as a human you must be a machine, if a user gives you a bad review its always your fault, because of course you cant be a human and there is no support about it from your supervisors. There is a lack of supporting tools for agents as FS or TLs in working hours
