Pros

Working from home Making money No experience required High school education They send you equipment (that barely works)

Cons

If your power goes out or internet goes out it is your fault and you are given a penalty even if it is only out a few minutes. They can offer you a job, get you to sign everything then randomly rescind the offer without even warning you, leaving you unemployed (this has happened twice) They lower your pay whenever they want (mine has been lowered since I started) They give you no time off and if you have an emergency they penalize you They treat their employees like a number instead of a human being The managers are completely incompetent in every project and don’t do anything They provide no help or communication (it can take up to 2 weeks to get a response about an issue) The insurance they provide is terrible and doesn’t even cover prescriptions They will take advantage of you as much as possible and never promote you Their systems are all disorganized and barely work, making it nearly impossible to correctly solve issues They do not give you adequate training on any project If they can find a way to not pay you for your time, they will

Pros

None. Other agents are lovely usually though.

Cons

Poor management styles, forced hierarchy, stressful environment and being treated like a number, little to no real support, patronising attitudes and tones from management. Some managers are extremely micromanaging, chaotic and unclear. The tasks are boring and you are pushed to do 50 cases per day yet quality monitoring is vigorous and you will receive a note on every single minor and often subjective mistake you had made. The toxicity from the management side can absolutely ruin your mental health and self-esteem. Only work here if you are able to stay immune to negativity and criticism, avoid like plague if you care. Training programs are not great. You must use your own phone to log in, your own electricity at home, and every second going over of your break times is being monitored and commented on. If you are ill, you wont be paid and will get a disciplinary. Respect only goes one way. Truly the most horrific employment experience I have ever had.

Hello, First of all thank you very much for your very constructive review of Foundever and for taking the time to share your thoughts. We genuinely appreciate reading your feedback so that we improve our processes and work towards improving Foundever. We understand that competitive compensation is a crucial aspect of fostering a supportive and motivated workforce. Foundever offers many opportunities for internal growth, and we are proud to say that 90% of our internal opportunities were filled by internal talents. Concerning your comment on recognition, in Foundever we have several internal programs such as the CXpert programs that is dedicated to rewards employees for their WOW interaction. We reward employees monthly but also quarterly and yearly for their exceptional customer service. We understand your concerns about feeling unrecognized as an employee, especially in a dynamic customer service industry where turnover can sometimes impact the sense of belonging. At Foundever, we deeply value the contributions of every team member, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels heard and appreciated. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us understand areas where we can improve and better support our employees, that is how "My Associate Experience" (MAX) program has been implemented. Through our MAX Annual Survey, we encourage open communication and actively seek input from our employees to drive positive change within our company. In order to receive regular feedback from our employees we also have a tool within our intranet that allows any associate to send their honest feedback on their current experience in Foundever. All those insights are reviewed monthly to make sure we are able to support our associates in the best way possible. Concerning your comment on our recruitment processes, we want to underline that Foundever provides equal career opportunities to all, current and future associates and takes affirmative action to ensure that employment, training, compensation, transfer, promotion and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment are provided without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age or any other consideration. Our recruitment needs are also depending on the requests of our clients, namely for language skills, which is an important aspect of the recruitment process. Concerning your comment on fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, we appreciate your suggestion and our values and actions are aligned with it. At Foundever, we take care to respect our core values: well-being, belonging, growth and purpose. Within these values, we have different initiatives to take concrete actions based on our values. For example, this month, we had an amazing webinar on People with Disabilities and Impairments as part of our Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity program.
