Pros

Working from home is the only thing

Cons

Worst place to work ever!!! Apply to this shady company that changes their name every other year if you want to be treated like you’re in high school all over again. The only incentive was working from home. Other than that, the training itself was crammed in a short period of time, back to back calls, very short breaks, you basically have to ask permission to use the restroom, the trainer’s are childish, loud, incompetent, and unprofessional, the used equipment that is sent out is often dirty and defective. They don’t work with your personal schedule, emergencies, or anything of the sort. Benefits are overexaggerated as well. You are stressed daily and the pay is the bare minimum. I made more money in manufacturing. This has been the worst job I’ve ever had!!!

Pros

- work from home - bare min. Benefits

Cons

I worked for Sykes previous to the take over of sitel who has now rebranded to foundever. Please do yourself a favour and avoid! The agents that current work here have no hours! We are being sent home every day and are receiving only part-time hours despite the company posting links in job boards stating they are offering 40 hours a week. This is not true. Most agents don’t make it out of training. There are huge issues with the company following labour laws. Company refuses to give disability accommodations. Previously to the sitel/foundever take over we had employees with us for 5-15 years that are now quitting. 4 managers have left in the past couple of months. Your bathroom breaks are timed and you better not take more than 5 mins or you will be kicked from the system and not paid. You need to log in every day early and you are not paid for that time either. Programs and tool are frequently don’t work and it doesn’t appear that anyone is even trying to fix them. You will be penalized for customers not wanting to use self serve as it affects your stats. If you have a day where you get a lot of elderly or disabled people your stats will fall for not charging enough people a fee for basic customer service. It’s a constant battle between not being trained enough, never knowing what’s going on, or how your doing. TL will tell you to break the rules in noting the account to avoid your stats falling. But that only happens if you get the right TL. Otherwise you’re written up every month even when all other stats are perfect. And don’t expect to be notified when your TL quits or your team changes. They pay below a living wage and we need to pay for internet and rent to keep our jobs but company keeps cutting our hours. So money has to come from other bills, and I can barely buy any food. Everyone here is trying to find another job. We all miss Sykes.

Pros

There are no good reasons for working for this company now that it's changed hands so many times since I started working there 6 years ago when it was Alpine Access then Sykes and now only one month later after they would not accommodate my disability reduced schedule and offer me a position to move to it's called found ever. All of the constant change was fine until Sitel took over Sykes. They provide equipment to use for the job.

Cons

No part-time jobs are offered. Change programs you work for often and start you on a temporary campaign then possibly offer you a permanent position after the campaign is over. They offer no flexibility whatsoever when it comes to positions being offered when a program ends. That's what happened to me and why I'm unemployed right now after working for the former named above companies for 6 years at four different programs within that time. The recruiter I was in constant contact with could not even find a position that would work for me to offer. They also did away with State paid sick time that you could accrue and use like I did for 6 years. Their company benefits are very expensive. Their onboarding process is a lot more extensive and harder to get a position there than before.
