She told me she will listen to the audio with her manager- that right there told me all I needed to know. If you're a manager, get all the facts before you discipline an innocent person. By the time she got back to me, I had already made up my mind that I refuse to be a part of an organization where the adults act like high schoolers

You may have to bug your managers for upskilling opportunities. Pay rate could be better once you start moving up. Health insurance coverage is not all that great.
