Pros

Some Benefits. Beautiful Location, Active Life Style

Cons

Lots of Turnover due to bad Management. The new F&B Director is the worst I have worked with in my entire career.

Pros

Great company morale, excellent and informative training and so much room for company growth and training.

Cons

The level of misconduct during dismissal is astonishing. Insults and accusations just hurled at you in a locked office without HR present for an unnecessary amount of time. The termination was one of the worst and most cruel experiences in my life so far especially after such an enjoyable employment experience.

Pros

- Benefits are great, you get to stay at fabulous properties, though a bit hard to get the very best ones. - Great brand to work for, there is a sense of pride - Office culture is good with friendly people, free and high-quality lunch and regular outings, events, etc. - Most people at the middle management or lower are helpful, talented, collaborative, eager to achieve.

Cons

- Very political, senior management in particular exhibit almost an adversarial attitude to each other - a lot of "Those guys" "It's their problem" "They didn't specify it" - rather than fostering conversation and collaboration - Some managers are extreme micro-managers, to the point of selecting font colors. Too focused on how they or their team appears to their managers or others in the company. - Too much bureaucracy, for the smallest changes possible. Tied with the above, results in a lot of things not progressing. - Office location is a bit out of the way, so driving in 3 days a week is difficult.
