Pros

1. Brand name, as it is well recognized world wide.

Cons

1. Inhuman Working Hours. 2. No strategies for Staff Retention. 3. Tips provided with salary, but inconsequential amount 4. Horrid Pay Structure, as living expense plus travel eats up all the salary.

Pros

Has a great reputation. Good benefits.

Cons

People will make it their mission to destroy you. Working your way up will never happen. And if you, like me get attacked by another employee at work (choke and pushed up against a wall) they will say its your own fault, and if you try to do anything about it "remember, we are a big company..."
